We are a young and dynamic team looking to hire a talented person to join our technical team at the Apahida location.

Requirements

  • Completed high school education in the technical field
  • Knowledge of data processing and handling using an ERP system
  • Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the production field is an advantage
  • Work planning and organization skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversational level English

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and analyzing quotation requests
  • Creating BOMs (Bills of Materials) and Routings
  • Placing orders for materials and services with suppliers
  • Receiving goods
  • Tracking orders, material planning, material inventory
  • Closing production orders
  • Maintaining relationship with the production department to monitor production completion
