What you'll do
As a Fixed Base Strategy Lead, you'll be at the heart of Vodafone's customer value strategy, driving impactful marketing initiatives for our consumer base.
- You'll shape and execute the roadmap for personalized offers, loyalty campaigns, and customer retention strategies that directly influence key business metrics like ARPU, renewal volumes, and customer satisfaction.
- Your role will span from defining business requirements and campaign plans to collaborating cross-functionally with IT, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- ou'll lead strategic efforts to deepen customer insights, optimize communication, and enhance the digital experience across the lifecycle.
- While not a people manager, you'll coordinate the work of Base Strategy Managers and play a pivotal role in aligning business vision with execution.

- A communicator who can build trust across all levels and clearly articulate product vision.
- Experienced in customer value management, with at least 2 years in a similar role and 3 years in business analysis, product ownership, or segment management.
- Fluent in English
- Knowledgeable about telecom products and industry trends.
