Căutăm un Office Manager calificat și super-organizat care să se ocupe de o varietate de sarcini administrative zilnice.
Ca Office Manager, îți vei pune în aplicare calitățile de organizare și abilitățile de comunicare pentru a jongla cu provocările de zi cu zi ale biroului.
Responsabilități
- Vei avea grijă ca biroul să fie bine organizat și fluxul de lucru să fie eficient;
- Te vei ocupa de achizitionarea celor necesare in birou (de la produse de curatenie, pana la rechizite si alte consumabile), dar si de decorarea acestuia;
- Vei fi responsabil(ă) de relația cu furnizorii (negocierea contractelor, plasarea comenzilor, verificarea facturilor și solutionarea diferitelor probleme);
- Te vei ocupa de contractele de angajare ale colegilor, de medicina muncii, înregistrarea concediilor medicale, serviciilor de securitate și protectie a muncii;
- Vei fi suport pentru echipa de Contabilitate;
- Vei organiza sau participa la organizarea unor evenimente de echipa;
Cerințe
- Ai experiență de lucru ca Office Manager sau într-un rol similar;
- Este un avantaj dacă ai experiență de lucru în Customer Service;
- Ai cunoștințe de bază despre sistemele și procedurile de management;
- Ai experiență de lucru cu echipamentele de birou (de exemplu, cu o imprimantă de birou);
- Ai puternice abilități de comunicare;
- Ești foarte organizat(ă) și reușești să prioritizezi cu ușurință mai multe sarcini;
- Ești de încredere și îți faci munca cu profesionalism
