About the role:

The Assistant Manager's primary responsibility is to provide direct support to the Manager in administrative tasks, documentation, and day-to-day operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and note-taking
  • Make personal arrangements, including restaurant bookings, shopping, and event planning
  • Manage expenses and prepare reports
  • Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the executive's time is used efficiently
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams in a professional manner
  • Run errands and assist with personal tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a An Assistant Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role;
  • Fluency in Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and calendar/email tools;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
