We are looking for:
Support / maintain a diverse portfolio of Global applications – custom applications running on on-prem Windows/Linux or cloud servers in a 24x7 environment (this role will require night and week-end shifts).
What you will do:
- Incident management and resolution following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Alert management from automated systems
- Manage escalation of issues to various Global teams and ensure resolution is reached
- Monitoring the environments in our portfolio
- Participate in continuous improvement internal processes for the activities in our portfolio
- Interface with the internal clients/customers
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting for the Global application in our portfolio Critical Hiring Criteria.
What you need to have:
- Previous experience in IT support (min 1.5 years). Experience in application support will be a plus
- Previous relevant experience with Linux or Microsoft Enterprise solutions (min 1.5 years)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Familiar with (or good understanding of similar technologies – minimum 1 year experience per technologies) at least of 3 of the following:
- Microsoft Windows Server (2008 R2 /2016) or Linux (Centos and RedHat)
- Microsoft IIS 7.5/8 / Apache
- Microsoft SQL Server (2012, 2014)
- Monitoring tools and principles
- Microsoft Powershell
- Good understanding of IT processes (Incident and Problem management, Change management) - ITIL Foundation certified will be a plus.
