What you will do:

andbull;Provide L2/L3 support for a Siebelandnbsp; Application in Banking Industryandnbsp;

andbull;Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel Workflows, Business Components,andnbsp; Integration Objects, EAI and eScipt

andbull;Very closely with business users representatives, developers and infrastructure team to diagnose and resolve incidents

andbull;Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues

andbull;Participate in on-call support and week-end maintenance activities as required

andnbsp;

andnbsp;

andbull;Strong knowledge ofandnbsp; Siebelandnbsp;

andbull;Understanding of Oracle/DB2/SQL databases, Siebel Data Model

andbull;Knowledge of the Siebel Product Configurator

andbull;Knowledge of Siebel Open UI

andbull;Experience in troubleshooting Siebel EAI (Web Services, MQ, REST)

andbull;Good level of French itand#39;s a plus;

andbull;A responsible attitude and ambition in achieving your mission;
