About Us

Orbital Ignition Interactive is the studio behind Taliara's Rise
, a stylized AAA-quality free-to-play mobile game blending tabletop-inspired strategy, fantasy storytelling, and cinematic polish. We are an independent studio with global ambitions, and we're looking for a
Producer
to help us manage development, keep production on track, and drive us toward launch.

Responsibilities

  • Own the
    production schedule
    : track milestones, sprint planning, and task prioritization.
  • Coordinate across disciplines (design, art, engineering, VFX, tech art, narrative) to ensure
    alignment and timely delivery
    .
  • Drive
    clear communication
    between leadership and development teams.
  • Identify risks early and propose solutions to keep the team on track.
  • Manage external partners and vendors as needed.
  • Support the preparation of
    builds, presentations, and deliverables
    for investors, publishers, and marketing.
  • Foster a positive, creative, and focused development culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of production experience in the games industry (mobile F2P preferred).
  • Proven track record shipping or supporting a live game or major feature release.
  • Strong understanding of
    agile/scrum practices
    , project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance
    creative flexibility
    with
    production discipline
    in a small, ambitious team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with stylized or fantasy mobile titles.
  • Familiarity with F2P game systems, live-ops, and player engagement strategies.
  • Background in team leadership or mentoring.
