Scopul Postului
Executa activitati de service - instalare, reparare, revizie, actualizari, calibrare si verificari tehnice de siguranta - pentru echipamentele livrate de B. Braun, precum si alte activitati de service la solicitarea producatorului, conform procedurilor si standardelor aplicabile.
Responsabilitati
- Executa activitatile de service si mentenanta pentru echipamentele B. Braun, conform procedurilor si standardelor aplicabile;
- Executa activitati de instalare, punere in functiune si instruire personal medical pentru echipamente medicale;
- Furnizeaza suport tehnic & profesional catre colegii din celelalte departamente, precum si catre clientii companiei;
- Analizeaza solicitarile primite de la clienti si raspunde prompt si operativ pentru rezolvarea acestora, conform contractelor de service sau cererilor punctuale din partea clientilor;
- Este preocupat de perfectionarea profesionala continua prin participarea la training-urile organizate de companie si prin eforturi individuale.
Cerinte
- Absolvent al unei facultati de profil Electric, Electronic, Mecanic, Inginerie Medicala;
- De preferat experienta de 3 - 5 ani in domeniul tehnic;
- Cunostinte tehnice in domeniul service-ului echipamentelor medicale & IT - reprezinta un avantaj;
- Deprinderi, abilitati practice necesare activitatii de reparare, instalare, punere in functiune echipamente medicale - reprezinta un avantaj;
- Cunostinte medii de limba engleza;
- Cunostinte pachet MS Office;
- Bune aptitudini de negociere, relationare cu clientii si comunicare;
- Carnet de conducere categoria B;
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasari.
