We are looking for Technical Experts in Aircraft Engines for a permanent and on-site position of Aeronautical
Field Service Engineer
in Bucharest (Romania).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Focal point and technical assistance for the engines CFM (-3, -5B, -5C, -7) and LEAP (-1A, -1B) to the final customers.
  • Facilitate the communication between the final customers and the different back-office services (logistics, Customer Support Center, warranties, etc.).
  • Periodical reports to the engines' provider regarding the final customers satisfaction and all operational issues.
  • Proposal of tailored solutions for the final customers.
  • Participation in marketing campaigns as technical expert.

Requirements:

  • Powerplant experience
  • Knowledge of all related Maintenance Manuals, ADs, SBs, VSBs, Work Orders, Engineering Orders
  • Ideally knowledge of the CFM organization and tools (myCFM Portal)
  • Knowledge of the Engines shop visit processes is a plus
  • Customer orientation
  • Communication skills
  • Teamwork
  • Proactivity
