Business Developer – Plastic Injection Manufacturing

We are a
plastic injection molding company based in Oradea (Romania)
, specialized in producing high-quality plastic components for
automotive
and
food contact
industries.

To strengthen our market position and expand our client portfolio, we are looking for a
Business Developer
with strong B2B sales skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What you will do:

  • Identify and develop new business
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Negotiate and close new contracts in alignment with the company's production capabilities;
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in
    B2B sales
    , ideally in manufacturing or technical products;
  • Excellent
    negotiation and communication
    skills in English and Romanian;
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach;
  • Understanding of production or supply chain processes is a plus.
