Finance & Controlling Manager
care să îmbine expertiza contabilă cu o viziune strategică asupra analizei financiare și a proceselor de business.

În acest rol vei fi responsabil de acuratețea și conformitatea datelor financiare, dar și de transformarea cifrelor în informații relevante pentru deciziile managementului. Vei avea un rol-cheie în controlul de gestiune, raportare și relația cu instituțiile financiare, contribuind activ la dezvoltarea și performanța companiei.

Ce vei face:

  • Coordonezi și supervizezi activitatea financiar-contabilă, asigurând conformitatea cu legislația locală
  • Gestionezi procesul de raportare financiară și de gestiune, cu focus pe acuratețe, transparență și utilitate pentru management.
  • Analizezi performanța financiară, costurile și rentabilitatea, propunând măsuri de optimizare.
  • Menții relația cu băncile, auditorii și autoritățile fiscale.
  • Conduci procesele de bugetare, forecast și reporting periodic.
  • Susții implementarea de soluții digitale (ERP, Power BI) pentru eficientizarea proceselor financiare.
  • Oferi leadership și suport echipei financiare

Ce căutăm la tine:

  • Studii superioare în domeniul economic (Contabilitate, Finanțe, Business).
  • Minimum 5 ani experiență relevantă în contabilitate, controlling sau finanțe.
  • Cunoștințe solide de legislație contabilă și fiscală.
  • Experiență în control de gestiune, analiză financiară și raportare.
  • Abilități de comunicare și negociere, inclusiv în relația cu băncile.
  • Excel avansat; experiența cu ERP și Power BI constituie un avantaj.
  • Engleză avansat
  • Abilități de leadership și orientare spre rezultate.
