YOUR TASKS

  • Zusammenstellen und Aktualisieren der Unterlagen zur Beratung für die betriebliche Altersteilzeit. Prüfen und Abstimmen von Regelungen und Vorgängen mit den zuständigen Stellen bei den Versicherungsträgern und Verbänden (Arbeitskreis) sowie der Agentur für Arbeit
  • Abwickeln von Störfällen und fachliche Unterstützung der Personalstellen. Kontinuierliche Prüfung der Anspruchsvoraussetzungen für die Erstattung der Aufstockungsleistungen
  • Zusammenstellen und Bearbeiten von Altersteilzeit- und Pensionsrückstellungen, Einschalten von Gutachtern und Absprechen mit Wirtschaftsprüfern sowie informieren der Gesellschaften und Buchhaltung
  • Unterstützen bei der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge und durchführen von Beratungsgesprächen
  • Erstellen der Personalrückstellungen (Urlaub, Weihnachtsgeld etc.) zum Geschäftsjahresabschluss unter Berücksichtigung firmenspezifischer Besonderheiten (Tarife, Beschäftigungsbestimmungen etc.)
  • Klären von besonderen lohnsteuerlichen Sachverhalten und sowie gesetzlichen Änderungen speziell im Lohnsteuerrecht
  • Betriebsprüfung und Lohnsteueraußenprüfung: Ansprechpartner für Steuerprüfer, Daten zusammentragen und bewerten, anhand der Prüfungsergebnisse ausarbeiten/ableiten von Maßnahmen zur korrekten Versteuerung sowie anweisen/durchführen der ordnungsgemäßen Versteuerung (Gehalt, Dienstwagen, Sachbezüge/Incentives
  • Erstellen von diversen Statistiken für unterschiedliche behördliche Anforderungen
  • Beratende Unterstützung der Abrechnung der GF inkl. Stammdatenerfassung /-änderung
  • Erstellen von Auswertungen sowie Bereitstellen von Personalkennzahlen für das Personalcontrolling, vorgesetzte Stellen und Fachabteilungen

Your Qualifications

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-C2 Niveau)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Lohnsteuerrecht und in den sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Personalrückstellungen (monatlich / quartalsweise / Jahresabschluss)
  • Erfahrung in der Personal­kosten­planung sowie im Forecasting und Budgeting
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der Besteuerung von Sachzuwendungen gemäß
  • 37b EstG
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der steuerlichen Regelungen zu Dienstwagen / Dienstfahrrädern in Deutschland
  • Kompetenz zur Erstellung und fristgerechten Einreichung der monatlichen Lohnsteueranmeldungen an die deutschen Behörden
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerprüfern sowie als Ansprechpartner während Prüfungen
  • Erfahrung mit Berechnungen und Beratung zur Altersteilzeit in Deutschland
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse / analytische Fähigkeiten für Kostensimulationen und Reporting
  • Umfassende Erfahrung mit SAP HR, SAP FI oder ähnlichen Systemen
