Mira Technologies is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Logistics & Carriers Expert
with strong
customs knowledge
to join our operations team. In this role, you will coordinate transport flows, manage customs documentation, and ensure that our supply chain runs efficiently and compliantly. Your work will directly support the movement of goods across borders and the reliability of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international transports and maintain direct communication with carriers
  • Manage, verify, and ensure full compliance of customs documentation and processes
  • Monitor logistics costs, transit times, and KPIs while identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including procurement, production, sales, accounting, and finance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners
  • Ensure accuracy of data and periodic reporting across internal systems

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain operations
  • Strong knowledge of customs procedures, legislation, documentation, and import/export flows
  • Solid understanding and practical application of Incoterms
  • Experience in procurement, negotiation, and supplier management
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple workflows
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Good command of English
