We're looking for a passionate Commercial Manager to join our team and help us grow our commercial operations in Romania. This position will play a key role in coordinating national sales activities, nurturing strong relationships with distributors and pharmacy chains, and shaping the strategies that move Biocodex forward. We'd love to meet someone who enjoys collaboration, builds great partnerships, and is excited to make an impact. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the national commercial and sales strategy.
  • Manage relationships with distributors and key pharmacy chains, including negotiation of contracts and agreements.
  • Drive sales performance, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
  • Lead sales forecasting and ensure accuracy across channels and clients.
  • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Finance, Regulatory).
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure strong commercial capability.
Requirements:
  • University degree (preferably in Economics or Marketing).
  • Strong experience in sales/commercial roles, ideally in pharma/retail.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Advanced English and solid PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
  • Ability to manage complexity, work cross-functionally, and deliver results.
  • Driving license B category.
