ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist a drive to grow in a dynamic, international environment. You will support both operational and strategic procurement activities, ranging from sourcing new suppliers in emerging markets to negotiating commercial terms and optimizing supplier relationships.

The role suits someone curious, organized, analytical, and comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Perform supplier sourcing activities, including identifying new suppliers in uncharted or emerging markets
  • Build, maintain, and develop the supplier database
  • Request and analyze commercial offers from suppliers
  • Evaluate and negotiate commercial and contractual terms
  • Conduct market scouting to identify competitive and profitable offers

Procurement Operations

  • Prepare and process for purchasing transactions
  • Manage procurement workflows in alignment with internal procedures and policies
  • Support the end-to-end purchasing cycle, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring a seamless buying experience
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, finance, support) to ensure smooth execution of procurement tasks

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign and supplier performance data to support optimized lead generation activities
  • Monitor supplier trends, market evolution, and commercial opportunities
  • Deliver regular procurement, purchasing, cost, and revenue reports

Team Contribution

  • Support continuous improvement of internal workflows and procurement processes
  • Contribute to team goals by completing assigned tasks with accuracy and initiative

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree ideally in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • Interest in IT, telecom, or technology markets
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Good proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in procurement, sales support, or supply chain
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes or vendor lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with IT or network infrastructure markets
