Responsabilități:

  • Stabilești și implementezi planul și strategia de vânzări, precum și acțiunile de sales.
  • Asiguri management-ul relației de business cu partenerii și cu clienții.
  • Dezvolți business-ul prin rețeaua de parteneri.
  • Identifici oportunități de business și dezvolți pipeline-ul de vânzări.
  • Participi la evenimente de business.
  • Stabilești și gestionezi bugetul de vânzări.
  • Comunici eficient cu toate departamentele din cadrul companiei.
  • Coordonezi, formezi și motivezi echipa de vânzări.
  • Stabiliești planul de dezvoltare al echipei de vânzări.
  • Evaluezi performanța echipei.
  • Organizezi și susții meeting-urilor cu echipa de vânzări.
  • Participi la meeting-urile de management.
  • Elaborezi și prezinți rapoarte de vânzări.
  • Asiguri atingerea target-ului de vânzări la nivel de echipă.
