Main Objective
: Develops marketing strategy in order to grow the business.

Job Description

  • Define, create, plan and execute marketing strategies across all customer touch-points ;
  • Support the integration of marketing, online and retail stores sales to develop and implement the omni-channel strategy and increase brand/product awareness;
  • Collaborate with IT development on design, architecture and back-end solutions for enhanced functionalities in order to ensure that the overall brand strategy for the company is translated;
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by shaping corporate strategy and operational activity, to ensure the customer experience is embedded in the business;
  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products;
  • Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR;
  • Working closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and data;
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends;
  • Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends;
  • Aligns the marketing strategy with the Offline Marketing & Online Marketing directors;
  • Ensuring that the marketing team has all the necessary tools to achieve the objectives set by the company.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles;
  • Finding the right mix of "new-marketers", attracting and retaining talents
  • Mastering the science of analytics – understanding and using data analytics
  • Client relationships abilities and customer focus;
  • Good knowledge of marketing research, statistical analysis, developing budgets, financial planning and strategy;
  • Confident, driven and dynamic leader;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
