Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and solution-oriented IT O365 Service Administrator to manage and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on Power Platform development. The role involves both building custom apps and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, and administering the O365 environment to ensure security, performance, and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
Power Platform
Design, develop, and support custom business applications using Power Apps.Automate and optimize business processes with Power Automate.Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and third-party systems.Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Power Apps and workflows for reliability and performance.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Stay current with Power Platform updates and promote adoption through user training and support.Microsoft 365 Administration
Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services:SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange OnlineAzure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, Intune (MDM/MAM)Mailflow management, domains, and user access policiesManage O365 policy settings and ensure GDPR compliance.Monitor system health and respond to incidents and service requests.Provide input into security best practices and support ISO27001/TISAX compliance where applicable.Requirements
Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and key services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure AD).Solid understanding of MFA, Conditional Access policies, and Intune device management.Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles.Good troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.Nice to know ISO27001 or TISAX standards.Soft Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills.Proactive, self-driven approach with attention to detail.Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.-
