About the role

We are hiring multiple experienced IT specialists to contribute to creating a brand-new IT Hub in Craiova, built by one of our global clients. This initiative is part of an ambitious growth strategy for 2025, aiming to attract top tech talent who want to make a real impact.

The company operates in a fast-growing industry, with a portfolio of products applied across various sectors including medical, industrial, energy, and automotive, and beyond. Their business is growing - and so is their need for top-tier IT talent ready to bring hands-on expertise and solutions.

As a Senior IT Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will be part of the core team shaping this hub's capabilities from day one. This is a hybrid role, combining technical administration with a solution-oriented mindset.

This is not just another support role. We're looking for experienced professionals (3-5+ years) who bring technical depth, curiosity, and the flexibility to build, migrate, and optimize. If you thrive in change and like solving real IT challenges, not just ticket queues -this is your opportunity.

1. IT Datacenter Administrator

• Install, configure, and maintain server infrastructure (Windows & Linux).
• Administer and continuously improve VMware ESXi environments.
• Monitor Syslog services and implement data center monitoring solutions.
• Manage vulnerabilities and create reports & actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to manage service performance.

2. IT Office365 Service Administrator

• Act as a global contact and service owner for Office 365, SharePoint & Teams.
• Lead migration efforts from on-premises systems to SharePoint Online.
• Manage Exchange Online, mail flow, Intune (mobile and client devices), and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Connect external organizations to Azure AD securely.
• Develop workflows and automation via PowerApps and Power Automate.

What you bring

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and virtualization.
• Deep knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Azure AD & Conditional Access policies
  • VMware (ESXi, VM Servers, VDI)
  • Server OS (Windows ~90%, Linux Suse/Debian ~10%)
  • PowerApps and automation tools (nice to have)
• Awareness of GDPR and best practices in data protection.
• Flexibility to work in hybrid environments (on-prem & cloud).
• Excellent self-management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onboarding/training in Germany.
