and you'll be an integral part of the team acting as key link between Finance and Operations by providing insight and visibility to the Plant Finance team on daily operations and issues.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing

• Variance analysis: Review daily variance analysis and proactively work with Operations team to develop corrective actions to address and escalate where appropriate.
• Collaborative mindset: Work collaboratively with Plant teams to develop costing assumptions.
• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of documentation: Responsible for resolving variances on stock counts and ensuring documentation is up to date according to policies.
• Reporting activities: supports the Finance Business Partner & GBS team with month end preparation & periodic reporting. Responsible for production and process execution ensuring data accuracy and identifying & addressing variances.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Degree in accountancy or finance.
• Acquired experience in Supply Chain Manufacturing environment.
• A strong technical capability, especially in the use of excel and SAP.
• English language proficiency; a second language would preferable.
