We're hiring a Specialist or Senior Specialist, Portfolio Management to join our EMEA team and help shape how Steelcase manages its product portfolio. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on operational excellence, strategic alignment, and cross-functional impact.

• Define and document portfolio standards to reduce complexity and improve consistency across product lines
• Establish and manage operational rituals with key stakeholder groups (Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, Operations)
• Support portfolio strategy through financial and business analysis (e.g., competitive research, price sensitivity modeling)
• Lead or support cross-portfolio projects that drive revenue, profitability, or simplification
• Actively manage product lifecycles in collaboration with Operations and Portfolio Managers

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, project management, or program management
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Desired Skills and Experience

• Marketing experience with pricing strategy, product lifecycle management, or portfolio analytics
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling or competitive analysis
• Familiarity with product data management or ERP database logic are a plus
