Objectif

Être responsable de la supervision des études de tuyauterie et d'implantation pour un projet industriel international dans le domaine Oil & Gas. Assurer l'interface avec les disciplines connexes, la gestion des livrables, le suivi qualité et la conformité contractuelle, en phase d'étude et d'exécution.

Activités Principales

  • Supervision d'une équipe en charge de la conception de la coque et du layout tuyauterie sur site d'ingénierie international (en autonome, sous la responsabilité d'un Lead projet)
  • Suivi des études de tuyauterie et d'implantation : modélisation 3D, gestion des quantités (MTO, BOQ), interface topside et autres disciplines (électricité, instrumentation, structure, équipements)
  • Analyse et validation des documents techniques : notes de calcul, spécifications, plans
  • Définition des méthodologies, bases et guides de conception, validation de la cohérence budget/ressources/objectif
  • Planification et suivi de la mobilisation des ressources
  • Contrôle du progrès et reporting des activités disciplinaire, contrôle des livrables et des heures
  • Participation aux réunions internes, revues inter-disciplinaires et design/client
  • Supervision de la rédaction des spécifications et des réquisitions
  • Support technique aux activités d'achats, sous-traitance et construction

Compétences et Profil Recherché

  • Formation ingénieur ou cadre en bureau d'études
  • Expérience significative en gestion et exécution de projets 
    EPC
     dans le secteur Oil & Gas (minimum : deux projets)
  • Expérience obligatoire en conception de coques FPSO et navale
  • Maîtrise des codes et standards BV, connaissance des normes internationales applicables
  • Anglais technique courant (rédaction de documents, participation aux réunions, échanges avec fournisseurs)
  • Maîtrise du logiciel 
    Aveva E3D

  • Lieu : poste basé à temps plein au sein d'un site d'ingénierie en 
    Roumanie ou dans un établissement situé en
    Roumanie
    , avec possibilité de missions spot (Paris et Indonésie)
  • CDI ou CDIC / Ouvert aux indépendants.
  • Mobilier et matériel informatique fournis, avec tous les logiciels nécessaires.
