The Mission

Payment & Settlement Services (PSS) is a professional service provider designing, building and operating high quality and efficient payment, settlement and open banking services. We leverage our scalable payments target stack and the epertise of our people, to deliver these services.

PSS owns the generic part of the payments value chain from a Tech, Business and Operations perspective, while the business line own the segment/country specific parts. This allows us to focus on delivering efficient payments and settlement services. The business line can focus on delivering a differentiating customer eperience, levering the services provided by PSS.

Your day to day

• Monitoring and supporting all environments of the Order Manager through automation and testing;
• Ability to analyze DB and application performance and make necessary performance tuning suggestions;
• Evolve our approach for monitoring and alerting towards preventive monitoring
• Ensure privacy and security are respected;
• React to incidents and perform standby activities with the rest of the team;
• Provide suggestions and tools to help development decrease lead time.

What you'll bring to the team

• IT (Master/Bachelor) technical degree;
• Minimum 5 years of eperience;
• Proven track record in the role, preferably in an international environment;
• Really good knowledge and eperience of Linu OS fundamentals and virtualization concepts; eperience with container orchestrations;
• Platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift are a big nice-to-have;
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery using tools such as AzureDevOps, Git, Maven, Ansible;
• Good eperience with well-known OSS monitoring tools (such as Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus) as well as dashboard creation;
• Eperience with tools such as AzureDevOps, and automated deployment on both container and non-container platforms;
• Ecellent knowledge of at least one scripting language (Bash, Uni);
• Good knowledge of relational databases; eperience with Oracle is a big nice-to-have;
• Nice to have knowledge of Test Automation Tools;
• Basic knowledge of Scrum / Kanban and Agile methodologies;
• Drive observability and data storage with ELK - from provisioning to configuration, it's central to how we store, monitor, and analyze platform data;
• Good English communication skills, verbal as well as written;
• Affinity with Risk and Compliance eperience;
• 247 Production Support;
• Willing to be on standby outside of office hours.
