Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

In your role, you will apply strong consulting skills to assess IT/digital needs, challenges or systems, deliver strategic technology guidance, and lead clients through effective digital transformation initiatives.

  • Building and maintaining end-to-end data driven solutions in a small team
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for lifecycle management
  • Providing 2nd level support for your solution
  • Define and document governance and security processes for your solutions
  • Connect new data sources in collaboration with the corresponding teams
  • Contribute to improving data quality, structure, and transparency across our portfolio
  • Use scalable and state of the art technology stack to provide future proven solutions
  • Identify new use cases and opportunities based on the data or in collaboration with our stakeholders

Your Profile
– authentic & open-minded

  • Experienced in multiple of the following or similar technologies: SQL, Azure Dev-Ops, Git, Terraform, Fabric, Azure, PowerBI, Python / PySpark, Azure Logic Apps
  • A natural approach to cybersecurity and regulations
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, combining technical understanding with a sense for business needs and user experience
  • Eager to learn and regularly challenge yourself and the team
  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex IT/digital challenges, develop structured, pragmatic solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Team player with a proactive, reliable, and supportive attitude
  • English communication skills (German considered as a plus)
