We're an innovative IT technology integrator with experience in areas such as Hyper Automation, Business Software (ERP, CRM, Ticketing), Digital Transformation, Printing, IT services, XR among other and we're looking to expand our sales team.

We're looking for an energic and results-oriented Senior Business Developer to expand our client portfolio in the private and/or public sector. You will play a major role in identifying and attracting new clients, contributing significantly to our business growth. Location: Bucharest, Iasi or Bacau.

Key Responsibilities:


• New client acquisition to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target market segments;


• Provide tailored solutions through consultative sales in Hyper-automation, ERP, CRM, Ticketing, IT services, and managed printing services;


• Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets to drive business growth;


• Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience;


• Successfully negotiate terms and close contracts aligned with company goals;

Requirements:


• B2B sales experience: 5+ years of successful B2B sales, focusing on complex high value solutions;


• Knowledge about Hyper-automation, Business software products (ERP, CRM, Ticketing), IT services, and/or managed printing;


• Extensive and strong business network within mid-to-large companies, decision making level, supporting client acquisition;


• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Romanian and English, both verbal and written;


• Driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel;
