Now we are seeking an experienced
Sales & Business Development Director
to join our
Sales Team
in
Bucharest
, specializing in the
Energy Market
. This senior leadership role is instrumental in driving strategic growth, expanding our market footprint, and strengthening client relationships across the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead market research on energy and network technologies to inform strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships to uncover and drive new business opportunities.
- Define and execute sales strategies aligned with client needs to exceed targets.
- Deliver customized solutions by engaging proactively with current and prospective clients.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to assess project feasibility and allocate resources.
- Plan and lead client-facing events, conferences, and industry engagements.
- Manage client issues with a proactive approach, fostering long-term trust.
- Oversee on-time delivery of solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Lead the preparation of tender proposals in response to customer RFPs.
- Partner with technical teams to scope projects and build competitive proposals.
- Conduct client visits to gather insights and refine project requirements.
- Drive contract negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for the business.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales or account management with a strong focus on the Energy Sector (e.g. Power Supply, Battery Technology, Solar Energy, Data Centers).
- Demonstrated success in securing and growing key accounts within complex, high-value markets.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a results-driven and strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to lead negotiations, influence senior stakeholders, and close complex deals.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term client partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments is an asset.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
