We're expanding our sales team and looking for an energetic, results-oriented 
Senior Business Developer

Printing

who can drive growth by developing both direct client relationships and strong strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development
     – Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across private and/or public sector segments and new printing partners;
  • Consultative Selling
     – Provide tailored Managed Printing and related IT solutions that address specific customer needs;
  • Sales Performance
     – Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive sustainable business growth;
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
     – Work closely with technical, marketing, and partnership teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction;
  • Ecosystem Development
     – Engage in joint initiatives with strategic partners, ensuring fruitful relationship;

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years of success);
  • Strong knowledge of printing solutions and Managed Print Services;
  • Experience working with major technology vendors and distributors (Xerox, Ricoh, Sharp, HP, Canon, etc.);
  • Established business network with mid-to-large companies and decision-makers;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Romanian and English;
  • Category B driver's license and willingness to travel.
