Role

Ensure efficient and compliant management of all Accounts Payable activities, with a

particular focus on financial interactions with partner drivers (sole proprietors) and other

suppliers, in accordance with Romanian legislation, internal procedures, and the requirements

of our partner, Bolt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering and verifying accounting documents received from collaborators (invoices,

contracts, payment requests);

  • Processing payments according to contractual terms, using digital payment and tracking

systems;

  • Reconciling balances and maintaining records of supporting accounting documents;
  • Coordinating the digital/physical archiving process and preparing documents for audit

purposes;

  • Monitoring payment deadlines and communicating effectively with sole proprietors or

other partners regarding financial status;

  • Collaborating with the finance team in Poland for reporting and process alignment;
  • Verifying fiscal details: VAT registration, CAEN code, company status, fiscal activity

status;

  • Providing administrative support in managing the relationship with partner drivers (PFA

setup, payment inquiries, documentation, etc.);

  • Actively participating in the improvement of accounting and administrative processes

within the area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (basic accounting, payments, AP,

financial administration);

  • Solid knowledge of basic accounting and fiscal legislation (especially regarding sole

proprietors);

  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial platforms (SAP, Oracle, Navision –

a plus);

  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets;
  • English language – intermediate/advanced level (written and spoken);
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks

simultaneously.
