Suntem in cautarea unui coleg / unei colege pentru pozitia de AP Specialist. Aceasta persoana se va alatura echipei Nestle si va fi responsabila de contabilitatea furnizorilor si activitate de control documente si verificare conturi contabile pentru deconturi angajati.

Cum arata o zi obisnuita?

  • Asiguri inchiderea corecta si la timp a facturilor parcate/blocate
  • Oferi suport pentru inchiderea corecta si la timp a PO-urilor, clarificare inchidere diferente GR-IR
  • Reconciliezi balantele cu toti furnizorii pentru auditul anual, cat si la cerere
  • Ai rol de Super User Accounts Payable (ridicare tichete spre aprobare corectii AP, blocat/deblocat documente in SAP, ERP plati in avans daca este cazul)
  • Arhivezi si etichetezi documentele de AP scanate / procesate in luna anterioara
  • Asiguri suport in postarea in termen a icoforms-urilor emise de Nestle Romania partenerilor, indeplinirea obiectivului "right first time" (GL, CC, anexe)
  • Oferi suport pentru postarile manuale de Contabilitate generala (AO) si solicitari specifice de Contabilitae Generala
  • Te asiguri de recuperarea sumelor platite in plus catre furnizori
  • Oferi suport pentru verificarea activitatii de scanare, prelucrare facturi, E Factura si centralizare documente originale T&E
  • Finalizezi si verifici inregistrarilor lunare conform calendarului de inchidere (PEC)
  • Asiguri prelucrarea documentelor si centralizarea lor privind intocmirea raportarilor locale specifice ariei de activitate si suport colegilor din Contabilitate Generala (dosar Preturi de Transfer, bilant, statistica, E-Factura, SAF-T, etc).

Cum poti avea succes?

  • Experienta de minim 2 ani intr-o pozitie similara
  • Studii universitare in Finante/Contabilitate
  • Legislatia economico-financiara in vigoare
  • Bune abilitati de Microsoft Office
  • Cunostiintele de SAP.
