Rödl & Partner Romania is currently looking for a
Junior Auditor
to join our team of experts in Bucharest.

Main responsibilities:

  • Involved in audit engagements in companies from various fields;
  • Assume indicated roles in audit engagements according to the position;
  • Performs financial audits as planned and specific reviews to obtain relevant information;
  • Ensures that the audit programs and conclusions are properly filled in;
  • Informs the senior auditor on the conclusions of the audit worksheets;
  • Ensures that the documentation of the work is in accordance with the firm's policies;
  • Attends on the stockcounts process organised by the audit clients.

Candidate profile:

  • University degree in financial field;
  • At least one year experience in financial audit or financial accounting;
  • Committed to start & succeed in the Audit area;
  • Good technical knowledge in the economic and audit field;
  • Good knowledge of the Romanian legislation in the field;
  • Ability to work with deadlines and to perform under pressure;
  • Assessment and prioritization of multiple tasks, projects and demands;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Available for business travel;
  • Flexible in working independently or in a team, as required by tasks assigned;
  • Drive for developing professionally and building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • CaseWare – is a plus;
  • English language - fluent;
  • German language - is a plus.
