A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • VAT Process Leadership – Design, implement, and optimize VAT processes across 18 European jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive initiatives aligned with KWS and Lean principles to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Team Development & Coaching – Lead and mentor a high-performing VAT team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and capability growth.
  • Change Management – Guide transitions and major process changes with clarity and empathy, including system testing and pilot participation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with IT, finance, and audit teams to integrate VAT processes into ERP systems and support regulatory inquiries.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • A University Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven European VAT experience.
  • Computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office Excel) coupled with good English knowledge.
  • Experience in Multinational Consumer Goods Companies.
  • Finance Software Proficiency.
