Intégré(e) à l'une de nos équipes, vous participerez à un important projet de transformation métier et IT, permettant au Département d'améliorer l'expérience utilisateur de ses clients et partenaires bancaires. Cela implique de proposer une nouvelle gamme de produits et services, ainsi que d'optimiser le processus de gestion des dossiers de garantie par les gestionnaires internes. Le Business Analyst évoluera au sein d'une équipe de développement agile.

En contact permanent avec les équipes métiers, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Rédiger et modifier les spécifications fonctionnelles
  • Participer à la recette fonctionnelle : rédaction et déroulement des scénarios de tests, réalisation de tests de non régression, validation du livré final avant mise en production
  • Etre en interaction avec les équipes build, architectes techniques, intégrateurs techniques et vous êtes le principal intermédiaire entre les équipes techniques (devs), et fonctionnelles (métier)
  • Animer les réunions d'informations en français et/ou en anglais

Vous travaillerez en mode hybride pour nos clients à Bucarest.
