Your Role

  • May lead and/or provide support to other team members in resolving operational issues based on his/her process expertise;
  • Ensures that the daily activities within his/her responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets;
  • Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders;
  • Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate person;
  • Problem identification and resolution of accounts payable invoices;
  • Reviewing instructions accompanying invoices to determine proper disposition and crediting accounts in accordance with standard procedures.

Your Profile

  • Have bachelor degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Economics);
  • Have good English and Norwegian language skills (min. B2);
  • Be familiar with standard analysis tools/techniques;
  • Understand KPI measures and their impact on profitability;
  • Displays ability to proposes improvements to optimize and increase efficiency and effectiveness within the delivery.
