Your Role
– meaningful & rewarding

In your role, you will apply strong consulting skills to assess IT/digital needs, challenges or systems, deliver strategic technology guidance, and lead clients through effective digital transformation initiatives.

• Strategic Project Leadership:
  You independently manage and drive strategic projects and programs, establish agile project governance tailored to team needs, and ensure performance tracking across time, budget, scope, and resources.
• Expert Support and Process Optimization:
  You support EDT line management with logical, process, and technical expertise, contributing to digital transformation and continuous process improvement across the organization.
• Visionary and Agile Mindset:
  You are open-minded toward innovation and future rollouts, break down complex operations into actionable tasks, and actively help E.ON become a leader in digital transformation within the German energy market.
• Operational Leadership in Change Management:
  You actively manage and guide the Change Management Team, ensuring quality assessment of decentralized changes before deployment to QAS/PRD, and coordinating weekly releases and special ChaRM outages.
• Process Oversight and Optimization:
  You identify and resolve data inconsistencies in changing documents, test and approve process changes during upgrades, create and manage test plans in Solution Manager, and implement measures to optimize distribution processes.
• Expert Collaboration and Communication:
  You serve as the expert counterpart for SAP Solution Manager Support, SAP Basis, and Special Task Development Teams, while reporting on release results, outages, and other Change Management updates.

Your Profile

• Extensive SAP Expertise:
  You possess fundamental and detailed knowledge of SAP Solution Manager functionalities (Focused Build and ChaRM), its integration with managed ABAP systems, and the interrelationships of transport distribution in SAP systems.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  Your skillset includes profound analytical thinking, especially in resolving SAP system issues, data inconsistencies, and implementing effective corrections.
• Broad Technical and Methodological Knowledge:
  You have a solid understanding of cALM (BTP), think agile, and are familiar with Scrum techniques (a Scrum Master certificate is a plus).
• Professional Experience and Education:
  You hold a university degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, and have several years of experience working with utilities companies (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Multilingual and Leadership Capabilities:
  You have experience managing teams and possess advanced language skills in German and English (spoken, read, and written), ideally complemented by proficiency in an additional foreign language.
• Demonstrated ability to assess complex IT/digital challenges, develop structured, pragmatic solutions that align with client objectives.
• Strong communication skills, with clarity in both verbal and written formats, ensuring effective engagement across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Trusted advisor mindset, committed to building strong client relationships, adapting to change, and consistently delivering value in dynamic IT/digital environments.
