Requirements and responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities related to the FISERV database migration project.
  • Collaborate with business users, testers, and IT teams to coordinate UAT test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in documenting UAT test cases, scenarios, and results to ensure thorough validation of migrated data and processes.
  • Monitor and report on UAT progress, including tracking defects and facilitating timely resolution with technical teams.
  • Validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer for end-users on new database systems and related processes.
  • Help maintain clear communication between stakeholders to address issues and provide project status updates.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of UAT in migration projects.
  • QA experience on reports, ETL.
  • Experience in supporting Data migration projects – root cause analysis.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with reports and querying on Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of Core- banking reports (FiServ a plus).

What you'll bring

  • Basic understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with database migration concepts, preferably in financial services environments.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and business users.
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to document and track test activities and issues accurately.
  • Knowledge of FISERV systems and database technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Prior experience in financial services or data projects preferred but not required.
