Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer education, and business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with a strong focus on building relationships across the construction and design ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Market Research & Branding
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract new business.
- Educate customers and project influencers including End-Users, Architects, and Building Manufacturers.
Networking & Strategic Partnerships
- Cultivate relationships with industry peers, strategic partners, and clients.
- Engage with Building Manufacturers, Builders, Design-Build Firms, Architects, Developers, and End-Users to create new business opportunities.
Customer Education & Experience Programs
- Launch and manage continuing education programs, including door design/integration training seminars.
- Develop design resources for Building Manufacturers, Design-Build Firms, and Architects.
- Create and deliver installation training programs for Installers and Dealers to showcase the benefits of our hangar system construction and delivery.
Marketing & Events
- Oversee marketing strategies and budgets for tradeshows and events.
- Coordinate customer engagement activities including booth meetings, lunch sessions, and after-hours events.
- Manage CRM documentation and follow-up cadence for all event contacts.
Lead Data Management
- Implement and optimize CRM usage to manage and leverage lead data.
- Develop marketing strategies that effectively utilize lead data to drive engagement and conversion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the construction, architecture, or building manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
- Aviation experience preferred.
