Intern - Continuous Improvement (limited period - 1 year)

In order to support the Continuous Improvement department in Timisoara, we are looking for an Intern who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

  • Provides support to the Launch & Series Management team, in all subdepartments for process improvement;
  • Reporting on the identification, development, implementation and follow-up of continuous improvement initiatives in several departments
  • Collecting, analyzing and presenting data on continuous improvement;
  • Supporting resource development and training to share continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Preparation of reports or presentations based on findings;
  • Participation and support in Kaizen production activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a form of higher education in a technical field;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, PowerBI knowledge is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of English is a must;
  • Willingness to learn, problem solving skills, communication skills and analytical skills.
