Tasks

  • In your role, you will support the experienced finance team in accounting matters and, after a familiarisation phase, take on a variety of tasks in a secure and innovative environment.
  • Current accounting for Austria and SIovenia (accounts payable, banks, assets, general ledger)
  • Checking, account assignment and posting of travel expense reports
  • Processing of payment transactions and dunning procedures
  • Customer credit management and account reconciliation
  • Support with monthly and annual financial statements and with audits and internal audits
  • Tax office and statistical reports
  • Fleet management

Profil

  • Several years of professional experience as an accountant in a multinational company
  • Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting or similar
  • German is a plus
  • Ability to interact professionally across borders, cultures, and management levels
  • Very good professional knowledge of Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of other Microsoft tools
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP-FI and/or SAP-CO and/ or other ERP systems
