Responsabilități principale:

Conducere strategică & supervizare

  • Coordonează și gestionează activitatea Șefului Departamentului Raportare, Șefului Departamentului Control Financiar și a Managerului de Lichidități, asigurând colaborarea și alinierea la obiectivele grupului.
  • Definește și implementează cadre de guvernanță financiară pentru conformitate cu IFRS, GAAP local, reglementări fiscale și politici interne.
  • Sprijină CFO în luarea deciziilor strategice, oferind analize de înaltă calitate, recomandări și planificări de scenarii.

Raportare financiară & consolidare

  • Supervizează pregătirea situațiilor financiare consolidate lunare, trimestriale și anuale ale grupului.
  • Asigură acuratețea, integritatea și livrarea la timp a tuturor raportărilor către sediul central din Marea Britanie și către părțile interesate interne.
  • Gestionează relația cu auditorii externi și asigură un proces de audit de final de an fără probleme.

Control financiar, bugetare & managementul performanței

  • Supraveghează procesul de bugetare și prognoză pentru toate entitățile, asigurând alinierea la planurile strategice.
  • Revizuiește și evaluează performanța unităților de afaceri, oferind analize ale abaterilor și identificând măsuri corective.
  • Monitorizează controlul proiectelor de dezvoltare și investiții, asigurând rentabilitatea și disciplina costurilor.

Lichidități & trezorerie

  • Coordonează Managerul de Lichidități în gestionarea prognozei de flux de numerar, finanțărilor intra-grup și relațiilor bancare.
  • Asigură planificarea optimă a lichidităților și respectarea convențiilor financiare.
  • Anticipează nevoile viitoare de finanțare și sprijină strategiile de finanțare pentru achiziții, dezvoltări și operațiuni.

Leadership & îmbunătățirea proceselor

  • Construiește și dezvoltă o echipă financiară performantă, cu indicatori clari (KPI) și responsabilități bine definite.
  • Promovează îmbunătățirea proceselor și automatizarea funcțiilor de raportare, control și trezorerie.
  • Creează o cultură de colaborare, îmbunătățire continuă și parteneriat de afaceri în cadrul departamentului financiar.

Cerințe cheie

  • Experiență dovedită ca
    Director Control Financiar, Senior Finance Manager
    sau rol similar într-un mediu multi-entitate (experiența în imobiliare este foarte dorită).
  • Gândire strategică, cu abilități puternice de analiză, rezolvare de probleme și comunicare.
  • Integritate și simț puternic al responsabilității.
  • Abilități excelente de leadership și management al oamenilor, cu experiență în construirea și coordonarea echipelor transfuncționale.
  • Cunoștințe tehnice solide de IFRS și standarde contabile locale.
  • Experiență solidă în consolidare, raportare de grup, bugetare și managementul lichidităților.
  • Certificare ACCA finalizată.
  • Competențe avansate în Excel și sisteme ERP/raportare.
  • Fluență în limba engleză (scris și vorbit).
