Angajăm Agent Call Center

Căutăm un Agent Call Center responsabil și atent la detalii, care va avea un rol esențial în procesul zilnic de preluare a comenzilor de pâine de la clienți și echipa din teren: Market Developer, Merchandiseri, Agenți distribuție și colaboratori.
Acest rol implică o bună capacitate de comunicare, organizare și acuratețe în gestionarea comenzilor telefonice.
Ce vei face:
- Preluarea comenzilor zilnice telefonic;
- Introducerea corectă și rapidă a comenzilor în sistemul intern;
- Oferirea de suport telefonic pentru echipa de teren în ceea ce privește statusul comenzilor;
- Colaborare cu echipa de producție;
- Menținerea unei evidențe clare a comenzilor și actualizarea bazelor de date;
- Respectarea procedurilor interne privind preluarea și confirmarea comenzilor.
Cerințe:
- Experiență anterioară într-un rol similar (call center, recepție comenzi, relații clienți) – constituie un avantaj;
- Abilități excelente de comunicare la telefon și atenție la detalii;
- Cunoștințe de operare PC (Word, Excel, sisteme de gestiune comenzi);
- Capacitate de lucru sub presiune și respectarea termenelor;
- Disponibilitate pentru program de zi în 3 ture și lucru în weekend (prin rotație);
- Seriozitate și dorință de implicare pe termen lung.
