What You'll Do
- Answer
incoming calls
from passengers, drivers, and partners (no cold calling) - Register service requests and coordinate deliveries in our internal system
- Provide updates, ETAs, and support in real time to keep trips on schedule
- Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism, even under pressure
What We're Looking For
- English:
Upper-Intermediate to Fluent - Bonus languages: Spanish, Russian, Georgian, Chinese, Korean
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer literacy (full training provided)

- Evening Shift: 17:00–02:00 (on-site, full-time)
