What You'll Do

  • Answer
    incoming calls
    from passengers, drivers, and partners (no cold calling)
  • Register service requests and coordinate deliveries in our internal system
  • Provide updates, ETAs, and support in real time to keep trips on schedule
  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism, even under pressure

What We're Looking For

  • English:
    Upper-Intermediate to Fluent
  • Bonus languages: Spanish, Russian, Georgian, Chinese, Korean
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer literacy (full training provided)

  • Evening Shift: 17:00–02:00 (on-site, full-time)
