We are now looking for a
Customer Support Specialist (Creole Speaker)
to join our team in Iași.

In this role, you will be the direct connection between clients and healthcare facilities in the United States, ensuring
clear, fast, and professional communication
at all times.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle
    incoming calls
    in
    Creole and English
  • Assist clients with getting in touch with the correct healthcare facility
  • Confirm trip details, record data accurately, and update our internal system
  • Manage requests in real time, including changes, cancellations, and ETAs
  • Communicate with empathy and professionalism, even under pressure
  • Follow clear procedures and maintain high standards of customer service

Requirements

  • B2–C1 level in Creole and English
    (oral and written)
  • Clear communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (full training will be provided)
  • Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Additional knowledge of
    Portuguese or Russian
    will be considered an advantage

  • Afternoon shift:
    14:00 – 23:00
  • Evening shift:
    17:00 – 02:00 (
    with company-provided taxi transport to return home

This position is
100% on-site in Iași
. No remote or relocation offered.
