  • Echipe: 12+ persoane în total (angajați și colaboratori), mediu profesionist, dar fără proceduri standardizate în prezent.
Tasks
  • Conectarea dintre CEO, angajați și clienți – suport în luarea deciziilor operaționale;
  • Crearea, implementarea și optimizarea procedurilor interne de lucru;
  • Supravegherea relației cu clienții și a procesului de facturare;
  • Coordonarea ședințelor săptămânale: planificare, urmărirea acțiunilor și a documentelor;
  • Monitorizarea performanței zilnice a echipelor;
  • Suport strategic pentru eventuale achiziții viitoare.
Requirements
  • Experiență de minimum 5 ani în management operațional (ideal în companii din banking, audit sau Big4);
  • Abilități avansate de organizare, comunicare și luare a deciziilor;
  • Experiență în construirea de procese și proceduri de la zero;
  • Capacitatea de a coordona echipe mixte (colaboratori și angajați);
  • Persoană calmă, fermă, orientată spre rezultate, dar și empatică în gestionarea echipelor;
  • Disponibilitate pentru lucru full-time din biroul din București (vinerea – remote opțional).
