Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the qualification of the new supplier's;
  • Organize and successfully implement the new PPAP's;
  • Define and set-up the supplier evaluation's;
  • Monitor and improve the supplier capacity as per customer demand;
  • Monitor and track the actions out of supplier concerns and audit's;
  • Audit and develop strategic supplier's;
  • Create and update the quality standard for supplier's;
  • Ensure the quality of supplied parts production;
  • Create, update and monitor the Incoming Inspection Plan;
  • Evaluation of PPAP's from supplier's
  • Attending to the day-to-day meetings to ensure smooth communication between departments;
  • Ensuring the successful gate closure for APQP's (customer and supplier related);
  • Internal KPI's reporting on regular basis;
  • Monitoring of internal KPI towards fulfilling the company target.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, Master is a plus;
  • Advanced English skills, German is a plus;
  • MC-Office advanced skills;
  • Knowledge quality core tools such as Process Flow Diagram / Control Plan / Risk Analysis / Problem Solving (5why, Isikawa, FTA);
  • Internal Auditor Qualification as per ISO TS / IATF2016;
  • Knowledge of statistics, capabilities - evaluation of processes, continuous improvement tools;
  • Strong knowledge of Measurement System Analysis and Statistical Process Controls;
  • APQP, PPAP and ISO TS strong knowledge;
  • ERP skills and knowledge [SAP & AS400 desired];
  • Strong knowledge for technical drawings and electrical circuits;
  • External Process Auditor as per VDA ;
  • Fixed-term position of 2 years.
