, pasionat de domeniul utilajelor și pregătit să contribuie activ la dezvoltarea vânzărilor în rețeaua de magazine DIY din zona arondată ( 14 judete in coordonare)

Responsabilități principale:

  • Monitorizarea și sprijinirea activității partenerilor din rețeaua DIY
  • Îndeplinirea obiectivelor de vânzări lunare, trimestriale și anuale
  • Vizite regulate în teren pentru verificarea prezenței la raft a produselor și asigurarea gamei complete
  • Gestionarea reclamațiilor și urmărirea produselor aflate în service
  • Organizarea trainingurilor periodice pe zona arondata privind caracteristicile tehnice ale utilajelor
  • Monitorizarea acțiunilor concurenței și raportarea acestora către superiorul ierarhic
  • Întocmirea și transmiterea rapoartelor periodice (activitate, stocuri, reclamații, concurență)
  • Menținerea unei relații comerciale solide cu partenerii din zona alocată

Cerințe:

  • Experiență anterioară în vânzări și/sau gestionarea relațiilor comerciale (preferabil în retail/DIY/utilaje)
  • Cunoștințe tehnice privind utilaje, exploatare și service
  • Abilități de comunicare și negociere
  • Capacitate de planificare, organizare și raportare
  • Disponibilitate pentru deplasări pe zona arondată
  • Cunostinte necesare in utilizarea pachetului Office 365 ( Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Permis auto categoria B
