Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned IT Business Consultant to lead international projects and drive business growth through seamless integrations.

About the Role
  • Oversee the configuration and customisation of integrations between various systems, ensuring compliance and quality across international locations;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, translating them into technical requirements for integration solutions;
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on integration objectives;
  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for enhancing business processes through integration;
  • Design and implement integration strategies that connect various applications, platforms, and data systems to ensure seamless workflows;
  • Manage deployments, conduct customised end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Lead international projects to implement integrations between various IT systems. Define scope, objectives, and timelines, considering various stakeholder requirements and regional regulations;
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
Requirements
  • Good understanding of IT business applications and their integration;
  • Proven experience in leading international projects and managing stakeholders from diverse cultural and cross-functional backgrounds;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners in English;
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or IT technology;
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems creatively;
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
  • Relevant certifications in project management;
