At F063 DB Global Technology SRL, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment operations, employee lifecycle activities, and process management.

Job Description:

The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Bank policies and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks. This includes handling recruitment operations, such as managing recruitment Workday processing steps, setting up interviews, collecting feedback from Hiring Manager and Local HR, as well as supporting Employee Lifecycle Activities like hiring, background screening, onboarding, position changes, terminations, absences, and other HR processes allocated as agreed with the countries.

The successful candidate will also provide training sessions to colleagues or partners on new products, processes, and tools. Additionally, they will proactively address challenges and seek resolutions.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues within your function and across the organization to implement appropriate policies and processes, in line with Bank and Divisional strategy. You will deliver high-quality results, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role in a multinational organization is required.
  • Strong reporting skills & intermediate Excel level required.
  • Knowledge of Workday HR system is a plus.
