Your day to Day You will ensure timely and effective business support for the NSE vertical NPDDT.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business
•You will handle all administrative intra-departmental activities
•You will prepare ad-hoc or standard reports (specific to NSE - NPDDT) requiring preparation of graphs, charts, and numerical tables from data which is either supplied or must be obtained from searching files and records
•You will define NPDDT communication plan
•You will coordinate all communication initiatives relevant for NPDDT, through all the appropriate channels
•You will act as single point of contact for NPDDT in offering support and operational data in matters related to team events, HR initiatives and programs, internal communication, through timely and effective engagement of the proper business stakeholders
•You will support/Define spirit beat initiatives and drive there adoption into NPDDT
•You will deal with all queries and forwarding to relevant departments when necessary
•You will perform any other reasonable tasks needed to maintain a high level of quality and performance throughout within NPDDT With these skills you are a great candidate
•You have strong planning and organization skills with the ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
•You have excellent communication skills
•You are detailed oriented
•You have sense of urgency
•You have flexibility
• You have University or equivalent work experience
•English (B2 or above)
•You have experience in a similar position in a technology multinational company
•You are proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
