Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization.

Job Description

As an IAM specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing IAM policies and procedures that adhere to industry best practices and regulatory standards
  • Monitoring IAM systems and processes to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently
  • Providing technical support for IAM-related issues, including troubleshooting and incident management

You will also collaborate with different teams to ensure that IAM solutions align with our overall IT strategy and business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant university degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in IAM systems and technologies, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance
  • Knowledge of protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
  • Cloud IAM experience and designing and implementation of IAM solutions for cloud-based applications and services

You should also have excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, and mediation, and be able to develop business relationships with stakeholders.
