The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the portfolio supervision of multiple projects, performing credit and risk assessments, and ensuring the quality of portfolio reporting information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the portfolio supervision of multiple projects, including restructuring, rescheduling, capital increases, and equity sales.
  • Perform credit and risk assessments, financial projections, and covenant compliance reviews.
  • Supervise and ensure the quality of portfolio reporting information and risk ratings prepared by junior staff.
  • Lead the execution of investment projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative financial structures for transactions and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Support strategy development and implementation, and collaborate across industry teams to develop joint venture projects.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent master's degree in finance or management.
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance with a proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing investments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industries, industry trends, and opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Strong financial and credit skills, ability to structure and manage various financial instruments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
